This Shipping & Delivery Policy sets out the terms under which Aby Hair processes and delivers orders. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days following successful payment authorisation.

We reserve the right to delay or cancel any order prior to dispatch where:

  • Payment verification fails
  • Fraud risk indicators are identified
  • Order details are incomplete or inconsistent
  • Security checks require further review

Orders are not considered accepted until dispatched.

2. Payment and Fraud Prevention

To protect the business and our customers, we may:

  • Perform address verification checks
  • Require 3D Secure authentication
  • Review high value or high risk transactions
  • Refuse shipment to addresses flagged by fraud systems

Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been fully authorised and cleared.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch:

United Kingdom: 2 to 5 working days
European Union: 5 to 10 working days
International: 7 to 15 working days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier services
  • Customs authorities
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect address details
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

4. Shipping Costs and Customs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

International customers are solely responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Clearance charges

If customs charges are refused and the parcel is returned, original shipping costs are non refundable and return shipping costs may be deducted from any refund.

5. Tracking and Proof of Delivery

Where tracking is available, details will be provided once dispatched.

Courier confirmation shall constitute proof of delivery. This includes:

  • Delivery scan confirmation
  • GPS confirmation
  • Signature confirmation where applicable
  • Photographic delivery evidence where available

Delivery is considered complete when the courier confirms successful delivery to the address provided at checkout.

6. Signature Requirement

We reserve the right to require signature upon delivery for:

  • High value orders
  • International shipments
  • Orders flagged as high risk
  • Customers with previous disputes

Where a signature is obtained, this will serve as definitive proof of delivery.

Failure to collect or sign for a parcel may result in return shipping costs being deducted from any refund.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are accurate at the time of purchase.

We are not liable for non delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a parcel is returned due to address error or failure to collect, reshipping costs must be paid before redelivery.

8. Lost Parcel Claims

If a parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, you must notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will initiate a courier investigation.

A parcel will not be classified as lost until confirmed in writing by the courier.

No refunds or replacements will be issued until the investigation is completed and delivery status confirmed.

9. Transfer of Risk

Risk and responsibility for goods transfer to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the address provided.

If you authorise delivery to a safe place, neighbour, concierge, or reception, this is done at your own risk.

We are not responsible for theft or loss after confirmed delivery.

10. Returned Shipments

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Refusal of delivery
  • Failure to collect
  • Incorrect address

Original shipping fees are non refundable.

Additional shipping charges must be paid before redelivery.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aby Hair shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delivery delays or courier performance.
