At Aby Hair, we are committed to delivering premium quality hair products. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict return standards to protect hygiene, authenticity, and product integrity.

Please review this policy carefully before initiating a return.

1. Right to Cancel

Under UK consumer law, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Once your cancellation request has been acknowledged, items must be returned within 14 days.

2. Return Authorisation Required

All returns must be authorised before being sent.

Unauthorised returns will not be processed.

We do not accept returns at our registered office address.

Any items sent to the registered address at 5 Brayford Square, London will not be processed and may be returned to the sender at their expense.

3. Return Conditions

Due to hygiene and product integrity requirements, returns will only be accepted if:

  • The item is unused
  • The item has not been installed, worn, brushed, styled, cut, coloured, washed, or altered
  • All original packaging, tags, and security seals remain intact
  • The product shows no signs of handling beyond reasonable inspection

Hair products are hygiene sensitive goods. Items that have been opened, altered, or used cannot be resold and will not qualify for a refund unless confirmed faulty.

4. Inspection Process

All returned products are inspected under recorded conditions.

We reserve the right to:

  • Document packaging and seal condition
  • Refuse returns showing signs of use or tampering
  • Reject items that do not meet our return standards

If a return does not pass inspection, it will be refused and may be returned to you at your expense.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs
  • Description of the issue

We reserve the right to assess the product before confirming a replacement or refund.

Where a genuine manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed faulty.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Original shipping costs are non refundable unless the item is confirmed faulty.

7. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has passed inspection.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.

We reserve the right to deduct reasonable amounts for diminished value where the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

8. Protection Against Policy Abuse

We monitor return activity to protect our business and genuine customers.

  • Refuse excessive or suspicious returns

  • Decline service where return abuse is identified
